Terms of Service
VERO OS is a subscription service (SaaS) provided by Individual Entrepreneur V.E.R.O., registered in the Republic of Kazakhstan (the “Company”, “we”). By creating an account or using VERO OS you enter into this agreement with the Company and confirm that you act on behalf of a business and have authority to accept these terms. Your acceptance is recorded in the system with the time, the document version and the network address; that record is evidence that the agreement was concluded. Questions — support@vero.industries.
The Service is intended for businesses. By entering into this agreement you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. The Service is not provided to anyone under 18.

Payments are sold and processed by Paddle.com Market Limited acting as Merchant of Record. Paddle is the seller of record for your purchase, your receipt comes from Paddle, and Paddle is responsible for charging and remitting sales taxes and VAT where they apply.
VERO OS is an operating system for a business: modules for sales (CRM), finance, invoices, contracts, tasks, documents and files, analytics and business knowledge (Brain), together with AI agents that carry out assignments — brand audits, proposals, contract and document drafts, financial analysis, and surfacing opportunities and risks. The set of modules and agents may change and grow; that is not a reduction of the service.
You are responsible for keeping your credentials safe and for everything done under your account and under the accounts of the people you invite. You set your team’s permissions; the Company is not responsible for the actions of people to whom you granted access. If your credentials are compromised you must tell us immediately.
The Service is not intended for individuals under 16 years of age, and you must not create an account for anyone below that age.
The data and materials you upload or create in VERO OS — CRM records, financial records, documents, contracts, files — remain yours. Materials produced by AI agents for your account — proposals, drafts of contracts and documents, reports — belong to you from the moment they are created.
You warrant that you hold all rights and lawful grounds for the data you upload, including personal data of your own customers that you enter into the CRM, and that processing it in VERO OS breaches neither the law nor the rights of third parties. Where that data concerns individuals in the EEA or the UK, you act as the controller and the Company acts as the processor within the meaning of the GDPR and the UK GDPR. Our processing obligations, the list of sub-processors and the safeguards for transfers outside the EEA are set out in the Privacy Policy.
You grant the Company a non-exclusive right to use the data processed in the service to operate the service and to develop VERO’s own technology, including training the Company’s internal AI models, on the terms and with the safeguards described in the Privacy Policy — de-identification of individuals, no transfer to third parties, and a right to opt out. Ownership of your data stays with you.
Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited (Merchant of Record). Charges are monthly and automatic until you cancel. Plans differ by the set of AI agents and by the monthly allowance of assignments; the allowance is consumed by agent runs and resets at the start of each calendar month, and any unused balance does not carry over. A purchased top-up is valid until the end of the current month. One subscription covers one business (workspace). If payment fails, access may be limited or suspended. Refunds are governed by the Refund Policy.
During the pre-order period a subscription is taken at a reduced price, which is held for 12 months of continuous subscription; after that a permanent discount from the full price applies for as long as the subscription remains active without interruption. If the subscription lapses, the promotional terms end and renewal is at the prices in force at that time.
We may change prices and these terms. Active subscribers are given at least 30 days’ notice of a price change and at least 14 days’ notice of a change to these terms. Continuing to use VERO OS after a change takes effect means you accept it, and acceptance of a new version is additionally recorded in the system. If you do not agree with a change, you may cancel your subscription before it takes effect.
You can cancel at any time in “Plan & Billing”. Access continues until the end of the period you have paid for and you are not charged again. Your account data remains available for export until it is deleted in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
We may suspend or terminate access to an account, in whole or in part, where there is: a breach of “Acceptable use”; non-payment for more than 14 days; conduct that threatens the security, stability or reputation of the service; an attempt to circumvent technical limits, including assignment allowances; a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent or unlawful activity; or a binding requirement from a public authority. We give notice in advance where we can; where there is a security threat or a legal risk, access is suspended immediately and without prior notice. Suspension does not relieve you of payment for a period already served. After termination, data is deleted within the periods set out in the Privacy Policy.
You must not:
- use VERO OS for unlawful activity, to distribute malware, or to infringe the rights of others;
- reverse engineer, decompile, scrape, or probe for vulnerabilities without our written permission;
- resell, rent out or give third parties access to the service outside the team invitation mechanism;
- circumvent or attempt to circumvent technical limits, including assignment allowances and rate limits;
- use the service to build a competing product, including by systematically copying its logic, interfaces or outputs;
- place a load on the service that threatens its stability for other customers.
Conclusions, texts and recommendations produced by the AI agents are informational and are not legal, financial, tax or other professional advice. The agents can be wrong. Decisions based on this material are yours, and you must review what the agents prepare — draft contracts, letters and documents — before you use it. The Company does not guarantee any business outcome: growth in sales, reach or revenue.
Some features use a third-party language model (Anthropic, USA). Text produced this way is marked as AI-generated in the interface and in exported documents. The Service does not check that text for accuracy, completeness, compliance with law, or overlap with third-party material; you are responsible for any document you send to a third party.
VERO OS is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted or error-free operation.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law: the Company is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, business or goodwill; and the Company’s aggregate liability for any claim connected with the service is limited to the amount you actually paid for the subscription in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or any statutory rights you have as a consumer.
You will hold the Company harmless from claims, losses and costs (including reasonable legal costs) arising from: your data and materials, including claims by your own customers about their personal data that you entered into the service; your breach of these terms or of the law; and use of the AI agents’ output without the review required by clause 11.
The Company is not liable for failure to perform caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control: failures of infrastructure providers and AI model providers, network outages, natural disasters, acts of public authorities and other similar events.
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The parties will first try to settle any dispute by negotiation: a written claim is sent to support@vero.industries and is considered within 30 days. If no agreement is reached, the dispute is referred to the court at the Company’s location, unless mandatory rules of the customer’s country provide otherwise.
If you are a consumer in the EEA or the UK, this choice of law does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live, and you keep the right to bring proceedings there.
If any provision of these terms is held to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in full force. These terms, together with the Privacy Policy and the Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company in respect of the Service.
These terms exist in Russian and in English. Where the two versions differ, the Russian version prevails, as the language of the Company’s place of registration.
